CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Policy ✨ To respect both our clients and our time, please review our booking policy: • A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. • Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at booking. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future appointments or Band from appointments.
